Jones is in a good form, and ready for NHL

It’s difficult for a hockey lover getting fixed. There are alternatives which includes the minor hockey league, junior hockey team, also the professional expert who are playing abroad in the elite European leagues.
But most of the NHL hockey players bite the time, when the lockout continues. The scouts of NHL are still very busy. They are eying the draft prospect and some players command attention Seth Jones of Portland Wnterhawk team.
At this moment, Jones is in a tough race with Nathan McKinnon. He was the no 1 player in 2013 draft, according to TSN.ca.
Jones is highly skilled. He can be a good defenseman in the NHL for the future. His past story is more interesting than the status as the strong phenomena.
Jones childhood was spent in Denver. His father Popeye was a power forward of NBA and played with Denver Nuggets in the 90s.He was taken by his father at the Pepsi Center to see games of Colorado Avalanche. The same building was shared by Avs and Nuggets.
After watching the game, he wanted to play. The elder Jones joined the best source. Master player Joe Sakic of Avs. He asked him the way in which his son should start. After taking advice from Sakic, Jones started to tech lesson to his son.
This is the way how it is started and Jones skated lessons at 5 years age and after 1 year he started playing hockey. After 12 long years Jones is trying to participate in the next NHL Hockey.
Jones has strength for working for himself. His ability of skating is out of words. He is very tall and weighs more than 206 pounds. His father’s weight is 250 pounds and 6’8” height. He is also a trained puck mover. Many people compare him with Buffalo Sabres defenseman. He is much quicker than Myers while carrying the puck,
Jones started strongly with the Winterhawks. He scored 5 valuable goals in that match. He also scored 10 goals in his first 16 matches. He is a hard worker. And he is always hungry for scoring lots of goals.
At first Winterhwaks started strongly. They have won 9 consecutive matches. The opponents are outscored by 71-34. Johnson admitted that Jones is the main reason behind the Wintehwak’s success. John is a big player with nice skating ability. That makes him desirable for every single NHL hockey team.

New proposal from NHL Players’ Association: NHL responds

The places surrounding Manhattan warmed up as the bargaining between the NHL Players’ Association and NHL intensified centering on the new proposal. It had been the third day continuing on the talks between the two parties who had finally came to a new proposal standing on two issues.
The center of the disputes was on the Midtown law firm, which eventually was office of Proskauer Rose.
The law firm had given advice to NHL hockey regarding the strategies to impose the lockouts caused from labor disputes in various years and also in this year.
On Thursday, after a three days continual clash, NHL Players’ Association have heard responses from the NHL hockey surrounding a proposal but no discloser was given about the issues in the proposal.
The lockout is still in progress and the will continue even more. Union’s executive directors, Donald Fehr and Bettman both have clearly stated that the talks regarding this have not been completed yet.
Fehr reported the media in an optimistic way when was asked to told about the negotiations but he did not revealed any of the proposal clearly stating that the talk will continue more.
“It is always better to arrange meeting and do the talking rather than to keep quiet,” spoke Fehr. In his way, Bettman delivered the same speech with his own concern as was being reported by Fehr.
Speaking to the media Bettman mentioned,” To get to the right place we are giving all our time in the work. Hope this hard work pays at the end,”
The officers of the union spoke scarcely about the reply of the league relating the proposal and both the sides’ showed no interest in revealing the discussion.
But a very little issue has come to the light. The union officials have told the media that the proposal was based on revenue sharing among the clubs and also make-whole provision. This is a type of mechanism where the existing contracts are being honored with a minimal salary cap.
There is also going to be a 50-50 split over the total revenue of the league which was before 57-43 under the expired collective bargaining agreement on Sept. 15th.
The biggest obstacle stills remains under the make-whole issue for which the two parties have not yet come to an agreement. The union wants the league to honor the existing contracts in full but the league has denied.
The total session of bargaining is now 13 hours and will continue more.
